Mid-Level Recruiter

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Level Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Mid-Level Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with the company's goals. This position is in office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate requirements for open positions
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions
• Relay job offers and process offer letters to selected candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or combination of 2-3 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting top talent in a competitive market
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
