We are seeking multiple, mid-level, Salesforce Developers to join our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity for you to be able to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications that drive business success. The ideal candidate will bring a proven technical background, hands-on experience with Salesforce development, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
This role is approved to be fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with collaborators to capture requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and other technologies as needed.
- Customize Salesforce applications by configuring declarative features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards of development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, find opportunities for improvements, and implement solutions.
- Support testing efforts and participate in deployments to production environments.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform changes, new features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and other integration technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus.

Pay Range:
Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
$5,444.76 - $9,537.00
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
