Description of Task to be Performed:

AnaVation is seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator who is passionately committed to ensuring the seamless provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure.

This position is on-site in Quantico, VA, with the possibility of remote work for up to one day a week after full transition.

This position requires a Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain an SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Required Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more years systems administration experience, consisting of managing and maintaining Windows AD environment on premise and/or cloud.
• Experience in WSUS management, patch management, and Microsoft SCCM / MECM for deploying software, enforcing security patch compliance, and reporting.
• Current experience with and knowledge in managing and maintaining Cisco’s UCS, VMware virtualized server/workstation environment.
• Experience in datacenter, server environment, and installing and supporting production servers and user workstation enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing and maintaining AWS hybrid cloud and storage platforms including EMC Isilon NAS and Ceph Linux based storage platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Alternatively, at the discretion of the government PM, a combination of experience and equivalent technical certifications maybe be considered as substitutes for formal education.
• Technical Certifications include: Microsoft (minimum Associate level, prefer Expert); LPI, RHCSA® or RHCE®, or UCP; Cisco (Professional or Expert)
