The Day to Day of the Role: Mid-Market Account Executive:Â
-
Run full sales cycle
-
Consistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenueÂ
-
Listen, consult, and design solutions for potential customersÂ
-
Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertiseÂ
-
Collaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platformÂ
-
Deliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecastingÂ
-
Use business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiationÂ
-
Have a deep understanding of the way our customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions at the leadership levelÂ
-
Create demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solutionÂ
-
Uncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions
-
Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisionsÂ
-
Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionalityÂ
-
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets

Preferred Qualifications
-
2-8 years of full sales cycle experience
-
Experience prospecting new logo'sÂ
-
Experience selling to leadership teamsÂ
-
Ability to build and deliver presentations/demos to interested organizations
-
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
