The Day to Day of the Role: Mid-Market Account Executive: 


  • Run full sales cycle

  • Consistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue 

  • Listen, consult, and design solutions for potential customers 

  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise 

  • Collaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platform 

  • Deliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecasting 

  • Use business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiation 

  • Have a deep understanding of the way our customers operate, and the priorities that drive decisions at the leadership level 

  • Create demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solution 

  • Uncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions

  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions 

  • Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality 

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets
     
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-8 years of full sales cycle experience

  • Experience prospecting new logo's 

  • Experience selling to leadership teams 

  • Ability to build and deliver presentations/demos to interested organizations

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role
