With 40,000 new signups benefiting from our dynamic platform each month, your role is crucial in continuing to enhance and expand our offerings. You’ll help deliver exceptional value to our growing user community, ensuring they have the best tools at their disposal to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
We’re now seeking our first Mid-Market Account Executive, to lead the new business development for this sector. Building on our hyper-growth and increasing demand in the region, Lusha will invest heavily in the Australian market to build upon our success and expand our local presence.

As the Mid-Market Account Executive, at Lusha’s new Sydney office, you will take responsibility for new business revenues, managing both inbound leads and your own book of business, with a huge opportunity for growth and leadership.
How you’ll shape the future of the Australian market
- Be the first Mid-Market AE for Lusha’s new Sydney office
- Identify opportunities, source, develop, and close new logos
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecast
- Act as a brand ambassador for Lusha in Australia
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment
Requirements
Here’s what we need from you
- 2+ years of new business sales experience in a fast-moving SaaS sales environment, closing full-cycle sales in the Australian market
- Comfortable negotiating and navigating contracts, security and legal discussion
- Strong customer-facing, communication and presentation skills
