The Opportunity

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-driven Founding Account Executive - Mid-Market to join their fast-growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a high-growth startup, with significant potential for career advancement and financial reward.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing) in the Mid-Market segment

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

  • Develop a strong pipeline through testing sales hypotheses, strategic outreach, and relationship-building

  • Educate prospects on how they can drive their business growth through marketing automation 

  • Collaborate internally with Founders, C-level, and other team members

  • Help onboard future Account Executives

What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of full sales cycle experience (from prospecting to closing) in the SaaS industry

  • Top performer in your current role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong Mid-Market sales background in the $30K-$100K ACV range

  • Excellent proficiency in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, MEDDIC

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • A strong understanding of the marketing technologies, e-commerce, online retail, and DTC brand landscape

  • Competitive base: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

  • OTE (on-target earnings): $250,000 - $300,000 (uncapped commission)

Interviewing Process
  • Level 1 - 60-min virtual interview with COO (General fit)

  • Level 2 - 60-min Sales role play (Sales presentation)

  • Level 3 - 60-min interview with the Founder/CEO (Cultural fit)

  • Reference and Background checks: conducted after successful interviews

  • Job offer: provided to the selected candidate
