Mid-Weight Designer

AutogenAI revolutionises the way people write, offering a collaborative platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizeable success with significant ARR. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate.

We're looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.

You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day design needs for AutogenAI and implementing design solutions that are on-brand.

This role will be involve working directly with the global product, sales, marketing and customer success teams.

Our design needs and brand are both quite simple but require a creative, hands-on designer to translate and expand our brand guidelines into different assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the design guardian for AutogenAI’s brand ensuring colour, type, and visual equities follow brand standards across all internal and external assets
• Take end to end ownership of the development of a wide range of deliverables as and when required by the business that may include:
• presentations
• brochures
• event collateral (invites, banners, leaflets, merchandise)
• social media posts
• client newsletters
• PPC ads
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Organise and maintain design files and master assets as needed
• Support the team when managing external specialists

• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional graphic design (preferably with a creative or marketing agency) with a strong portfolio to match
• Minimum 3 years experience with and strong grasp of current design software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop and Canva
• Exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, understanding of accepted principles of 'good design' and creative problem solving & design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Salary: £35-40k dependant on experience
