[MIDASoft] Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to support and grow MIDASoft's engineering solution business. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to boost lead generation and customer engagement. Duties • Manage license renewals, promotions, and product updates. • Support marketing campaigns and events (webinars, onsite demos) to drive qualified traffic and increase brand visibility. • Proven track record of generating net-new business revenue through sales of products and services. • Identify prospects: territory analysis for potential buyers. Develop and execute a plan to grow territory. • Develop Opportunities: Identify opportunities for increased revenue with up-selling and cross-selling. • Product Knowledge: Clearly express the value proposition and benefits of products and solutions, utilizing knowledge to increase value and adoption by clients. • Forecasting: Manage sales forecast and pipeline to ensure clear reporting and additional sales opportunities.
