Middle and Back Office Product Business Analyst

At Enfusion, the Middle and Back Office Product BA role will serve as an integral member of our Managed Services Product team, within the Product and Technology organization. You will be working with the Managed Services Product and Managed Services Operations organizations to help enhance our existing product offering and build new solutions that deliver value to clients. Through this role, you will learn the end-to-end Managed Services business and product offering, collaborate with internal teams, and become a product expert on proprietary software that will enable more effective and scalable solutions for our clients.

Your goal will be to learn & understand our product offering, and help create efficiencies on how we deliver services.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a deep understanding of Enfusion’s middle and back-office operations and the supporting technology to improve and facilitate more effective and efficient delivery of services & solutions to our clients
• Develop expertise on proprietary products that further build the current middle and back-office service offerings
• Understand & improve the output from a daily delivery team that performs middle and back office operational services and tasks for Enfusion Services clients: third party trade, position and cash reconciliations (Custody / PB, ISDA, FCM); post-trade management including T+0 affirmation and proactive correspondence with counterparties to resolve trade breaks; collateral management, shadow accounting, etc.
• Partner with internal client-facing teams, external third parties, and internal technology developers to enable product solutions
• Collaborate with the rest of the Managed Services Product team to drive product roadmap, grow revenue and contribute to strategic vision
• Enhance the existing Managed Services product offering by improving and automating our processes and products
• Assist with the development and implementation of new products and roadmap items

What You'll Need:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a financial operations, analyst, or product management role within a hedge fund, prime broker, fund administrator, and/or a 3rd party outsourced services provider
• Previous middle/back-office reconciliations or fund accounting experience on hedge funds
• Bachelor’s Degree required 
• Strong understanding of investment management workflows and operations
• Multi asset class knowledge such as the following: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Structured Products, Derivatives
• Collateral Management experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
