Job Description

We are seeking a Middle Bot Developer with robust expertise in technologies and programming languages utilized in the development of conversational Chatbots. The role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of dialog systems and proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft framework for the development and programming of conversational Chatbots.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing voice and chatbots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice chatbots.
• Assist in planning and estimating development projects and sprints.
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Work in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in BOT development using Node.js
• Strong experience in developing BOTs using Azure Bot Framework.
• Conversational AI - ML Based Using Azure Cognitive Services
• Conversational AI - ML-based services to build Conversational Bots.
• Experience in working with REST API calls, JSON, and systems integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with LUIS development.
• Experience with Google Dialogflow.
