Middle Business Analyst

We're seeking a talented Middle Business Analyst!

Join our dynamic team to work on cutting-edge software for a global leader in high-performance gear and tech for gamers, streamers, and PC enthusiasts. You’ll collaborate with talented professionals worldwide to drive new features and improve existing ones based on key business and market goals.

As a Middle Business Analyst, you'll play a role in developing new features and supporting new devices for our flagship software, which underwent a major update 1.5 years ago. You'll also be instrumental in improving existing features based on marketing and management goals and requests.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and dependency tracking.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Experience in creating product documentation, project diagrams, mockups, and wireframes.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (both spoken and written).

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Experience playing video games.
• Experience in building PCs.
• Familiarity with software tools like Sketch and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflow analysis.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including functional requirements and user stories.
• Develop clear project diagrams (use case, data flow, and process flow).
• Design mockups and wireframes for new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams (USA, Taiwan, Canada, Ukraine, Vietnam).
• Support the ongoing evolution of our product ecosystem.
