Middle Functional Tester

We are seeking a Middle Functional Tester to join our remote team. This role involves executing the testing lifecycle across digital platforms and their associated touchpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing test scenarios for new features and facilitating communication to resolve issues effectively.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs and issues
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues
• Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Analyze test results and report findings to the development team
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends in testing methodologies
• Ensure compliance with general testing standards and protocols
• Manage communication related to testing progress and results with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Functional Tester
• Strong skills in requirement analysis to ensure thorough test coverage
• Proficient in defect management, including tracking and reporting issues
• Experienced in developing detailed test cases for functional testing
• Capable of conducting regression testing to confirm that a recent program or code change has not adversely affected existing features
• Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud tools for project management and bug tracking
• Fluent in English with a B2 level proficiency or higher

• Understanding of digital and e-commerce capabilities to better align testing strategies with business goals
• Proficiency in using Atlassian tools beyond the basic functionalities
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
