Middle Functional Tester

We are on the lookout for a competent Middle Functional Tester to join our remote team. In this position, you will be integral in managing the testing lifecycle for our digital platforms and their related interfaces. The ideal candidate will efficiently craft test scenarios for new functionalities and ensure effective communication for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Craft, refine, and implement test cases and scenarios
• Detect, log, and comprehensively document defects and issues
• Work in tandem with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Execute regression tests following resolution of bugs
• Evaluate test outcomes and communicate results to the development team
• Stay abreast of new trends in testing methods
• Adhere to established testing standards and protocols
• Oversee and manage updates on testing activities and outcomes to stakeholders

Requirements

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Has at least 2 years of experience in a Functional Tester role
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills for effective requirement analysis
• Skilled in managing defects, including their tracking and documentation
• Proficient in creating detailed test cases for functional evaluation
• Able to perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not disrupt existing functionalities
• Experienced with using Atlassian Cloud for project management and issue tracking
• Fluent in English, with at least a B2 level of proficiency
