PROJECT

We have many clients who develop complex solutions in the AdTech world. These solutions may include SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange, Bidders, Prebid, and many other interesting things. All these products are under very high load and need to be built efficiently, quickly scale, and have backup/recovery mechanisms. The AdTech domain is very dynamic, and that's why it is very interesting. It provides great opportunities for developing technical skills. Whatever project you will be doing, it will be challenging and interesting! 

Job Description

• Work on cutting-edge applications
• Be a liaison with key stakeholders
• Be involved in the development, design, and problem-solving of some of the advertising’s most challenging scaling issues
• Be responsible for various project initiatives aimed to enhance the delivery of hundreds of billions of daily transactions
• Work alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base
• Play a key part in influencing the Engineering and Product direction 

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in software development and architecture in GO, operating in large-scale high availability systems
• Experience dealing with scaling highly available globally distributed systems
• Strong communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities
• Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
• Working with the Scrum / Agile with a good understanding of how it works in real life 
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans on a deliverable schedule
• Ability to properly define estimations and deliver on those goals
• Passion for development and new technologies
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with Engineering and business concepts in the ad-tech industry
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies
