Our Talent Acquisition team is on the lookout for a new recruiter, who is on fire with their work in every sense.

• At least 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Practical experience in stuffing for the European market;
• At least a basic understanding of the gambling field;
• Skills in working with ATS/HRM, Jira, Google Sheets and G-Suite;
• Multitasking, self-organizational and team player abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of tech, art and managers positions; 
• Search for employees of different levels in different countries;
• Use Jira and Google Sheets to update the recruitment tracking;
• Conduct HR interview, tech interview and offer calls;
• Research and assess the current job market trends in relevant industries;
• Cooperate with HR teammates and team leaders; 
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires.

Would be a plus

• Deep understanding of gambling market;
• Experience in Workable ATS;
• Experience with X-Ray and Boolean search;
• Location - Europe;
• Nice sense of humor.
