Middle QA Automation Engineer (UI Team)

We are looking for a Middle QA Automation Engineer to join our User Interface Team. In this role, you will contribute to developing intuitive and engaging products for our clients and their users.

Responsibilities:

• Manual and automated testing of the team's products (50/50 ratio) - new functionality, bug fixes, integration testing (90% WEB frontend desktop and mobile, 10% API testing)
• Analyzing and communicating defects to the development team, verifying fixes made
• Maintaining existing autotests and writing new ones (stack: JS+Playwright+Allure+Jenkins)
• Conducting smoke, regression, and usability testing
• Keeping QA artifacts in TMS and Confluence up to date
• On rare occasions reproducing and investigating defects received from other teams or users
• Preparing the product for release: writing instructions, updating documentation
• Running existing autotests and analyzing reports (for example, allure report)
• Team collaboration to improve QA processes (participation in scrum meetings, analyzing documentation, mockups)

Qualifications:

• 3 + years experience in QA role (frontend/backend);
• Experience in tools: Postman, TestRail, Jira, Confluence, Fiddler, Splunk, Jenkins or similar
• 1 + year experience in QA automation role (frontend/backend); Excellent if on js + playwright stack, but other languages and technologies are acceptable
• Experience in tools: any IDE + GIT
• Understanding HTML and CSS
• Basic understanding of SQL
• Experience in a distributed team using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

• Time management and task prioritization skills
• Ability to integrate into existing processes and suggest ways to improve
• Ability to communicate with developers in the same language and be able to come to a common solution aimed at the result of the whole team
• Ability to work in a product IT team, understanding of agile development methodologies and the role of QA engineer in processes
• Proactivity - show initiative in decisions and the ability to take responsibility
