To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of Technical Writer experience, coupled with a strong background in the technical field. Your proficiency in graphic and web design will be highly advantageous in this role.
About the project
Currently, the envisioned project is an application designed for patient management within hospital and nursing home networks in the United States, along with billing and insurance functionalities.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of technical writing or software documentation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with SDLC and related documentation (SRS, user-flows).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English language.
- Relevant technical field bachelor's degree as a plus
Responsibilities:
- Refine technical information for product and service explanations.
- Maintain the company’s knowledge base in Confluence.
- Collaborate with the Product Team for Healthcare platform documentation.
- Create documents for new features and services with developers.
Team: 1 Team Lead, 2 Senior .NET Full Stack dev, 2 Middle .NET Full stack devs, 1 Senior Front-end dev, 2PMs, 3QAs, 1 DB developer, 2 BAs, 3 DevOPS engineers.
Schedule: 5/2, Full-time(7hours+) Work from 6 months with possible extension.
