Join our team as a Quality Control Engineer, contributing to a cutting-edge .NET project that powers API-first, headless e-commerce solutions. This project provides a multitude of modules designed to ensure successful e-commerce operations. Your focus will be on manual testing, with the flexibility to expand into automation testing if applicable.

In this role, you will

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for an API-first and headless e-commerce system.
• Test and validate API functionalities and integrations across e-commerce modules.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to refine test scenarios and requirements.
• Use tools like Postman, Swagger, and other testing utilities to validate REST APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues to resolution.
• Ensure adherence to Agile Development practices, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Create detailed test documentation, including test cases, plans, and reports.
• Leverage Microsoft tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with the development lifecycle.
• Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.

What you will bring

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, with a strong emphasis on manual testing.
• Solid understanding of API-first and headless architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with .NET-based systems and Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Visual Studio).
• Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Experience working in an Agile Development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured).
• Basic scripting or programming skills to support automation efforts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA into DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and modules.
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
