Job Description

We seek a Middle+ UX/UI Designer who thrives in working with complex, tech-heavy products across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong balance of practical product thinking, an ability to derive validated hypotheses from metrics, and proficiency in translating quantitative and qualitative insights into impactful designs.

As part of our team, you will support design systems, collaborate in an agile/scrum environment via Asana (participating in sprints, retros, and sprint planning; a meticulous approach to task tracking is a must), and focus on improving user journeys and flows.

You will go beyond aesthetics to solve real-world product challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Thinking & Problem-Solving

  • Partner with multiple development teams and product managers to identify and prioritize impactful design initiatives across sub-products.

  • Craft validated hypotheses using product metrics and user data, ensuring design decisions align with user and business needs.

  • Advocate for and develop journey maps and flows, prioritizing usability and practical solutions over pure aesthetics.

Design Execution & Collaboration

  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes using Figma. Ensure clarity and focus on end-to-end user journeys.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency across complex workflows.

  • Work in close collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and deliver on shared objectives.

  • Be familiar with the latest UX design trends and tools.

Research & Validation

  • Conduct basic UX research to uncover pain points and validate solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods (Hotjar, Mixpanel, or similar tools).

  • Develop a strong understanding of user needs, leveraging these insights to refine and improve designs.

Communication & Process

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable designs and articulate the value of your solutions to diverse stakeholders.

  • Maintain active communication in Asana and scrum processes, contributing to seamless team collaboration and alignment.

  • Present ideas persuasively and manage feedback effectively, balancing competing priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience & Portfolio

  • 4+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, showcasing case studies where you solved real-world product problems and drove measurable outcomes. During the interview, you’ll be expected to walk us through your product-driven decisions and give us metric-driven motivation for your decisions and solutions.

  • Proven experience working on complex, multi-faceted products involving cross-functional teams and demonstrated product-centered problem-solving.

  • Mentoring and scrum mastery are a plus.

Skills & Tools

  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Expertise in creating user flows, journey maps, and designs informed by metrics and user research.

  • Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies and tools.

  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application in complex products.

Soft Skills

  • Strong product thinking: Ability to derive insights from metrics and translate them into actionable designs.

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to advocate for your design decisions and align teams around a shared vision.

  • A pragmatic and collaborative approach to balancing competing interests and finding the best solutions.

Language & Work Style

  • English proficiency (B2 and higher) at a conversational level to collaborate effectively with a global team.

A self-motivated player who thrives in remote work environments and values trust and autonomy. We don’t track or impose control - the only thing that matters is the result, as long alignment with the team and objectives are in place.

Some of our perks/benefits include:
  • Remote work
  • Brand-new equipment for your convenience
  • Unlimited vacation
  • English lessons
  • Paid personal therapy session 1/week
  • Special bonuses for life’s big moments, like weddings and welcoming a new baby.
  • Company events
  • Other benefits may be offered based on your location.
