Middle Web Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Middle Web Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align our digital data collection with business goals and maintain consistent data quality across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to establish business requirements
• Champion documentation and processes for data accuracy and consistency
• Perform QA and validate data for tracking implementations across web and mobile applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data discrepancies and tracking
• Maintain governance of third-party marketing technologies in tag manager

• 2+ years of experience in a digital analytics role
• Proven experience implementing digital analytics tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Expertise in debugging digital analytics tracking on web and mobile app platforms
• Background in establishing data governance processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and resolving tracking and data quality issues
• Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and documenting concepts
• Proficiency in JavaScript for analytics tracking implementation
• Understanding of web development, browser developer tools, and mobile app debugging tools like Charles Proxy
• Capability to query data from data warehouses such as Snowflake using SQL
• Familiarity with data science or product analytics tools Python or R
