Middle/Senior .NET+React Developer

We are looking for a Mid or Senior .NET + React Developer for a long-term outstaffing collaboration on a government-related project. The role involves full-stack development with PostgreSQL, .NET, and React, focusing on system performance optimization and integration. Candidates should have experience with modern development practices and DevOps tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack development.
• Preferably in domains like government, customs, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of .NET for backend services.
• Proficiency in React for front-end development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for database management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Expertise in version control systems like GitLab.
• Familiarity with Oracle database solutions.
• Knowledge of AI integration and its applications in government or logistics.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, such as government or customs.
• Understanding of customs and postal service regulations and standards.Proven experience in Agile teams, particularly with the Scrum framework.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain software applications, covering all layers from databases to user interfaces.
• Technology Stack: Utilize PostgreSQL for database management, .NET for backend services, and React for frontend development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure system reliability and security.
• Performance Optimization: Improve system performance and security, especially for high-traffic systems related to customs and postal operations.
• Integration: Integrate with external systems and legacy applications to ensure smooth operations within the government ecosystem.
• DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and version control with GitLab.
