Middle/Senior Data Analyst

We're seeking an accomplished Data Analyst with expertise in data visualization and statistical analysis, proficient in tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative team environment. This role goes beyond data crunching, encompassing responsibilities in data modeling, data interpretation, reporting, technical design, testing, documentation, and maintenance.

As a payment institution, our client provides a platform integrating financial services into its product, including features like account management, card payments, bank transfers, and additional services.

Our customer is a leading FinTech company founded in 2016, offering a comprehensive spending solution designed for finance teams to facilitate faster and smarter spending decisions. Rapidly growing, they now serve over 4,000 customers and boast an international team of 500+ employees based in Paris, Berlin, London, Hamburg, and remote locations. They have raised over €260M from prominent investors and have been recognized as a tech unicorn in France, with ambitious plans for continued expansion.

• Collect, organize, and maintain accurate high-quality data from various sources
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and troubleshoot any data-related issues
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards; communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders
• Design and implement data analytics solutions for specific business domains, utilizing data science tools and techniques
• Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, ensure high-quality data reporting, and deliver impactful presentations

• 3+ years of Data-related experience
• Proven ability to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent data reporting
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Significant experience with Looker
• Proficiency in visual analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong experience in communicating effectively with clients and business stakeholders
• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and convey key points from data analysis
• Good understanding of machine learning instruments and algorithms
• Broad experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Experience in implementing and delivering data science and analytics solutions with measurable business impact
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
