Middle/Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven person to join our fast-growing Web and Mobile Solutions business unit, which is made up of almost 400 professionals specializing in various technologies. Projects and Customers are quite versatile as well: we have long-term partnerships with enterprises, as well as a strong focus on working with startups. Our active and energetic team loves the fast-paced, adventure-filled environment of a startup. 

As a Middle/Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of our Big Data Center of Excellence. This means that as well as working on projects, you will have an opportunity to be involved in other different activities related to data direction like pre-sale activities, technical excellence contribution, and other CoE-related activities.   

• Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain accurate high-quality data from various sources 

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and troubleshoot any data-related issues 

• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards, effectively communicating findings and insights to stakeholders 

• Design and implement data analytics solutions for specific business domains, utilizing data science tools and techniques 

• Support process improvement initiatives by providing data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams 

• Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their needs, enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions, ensure high-quality data reporting, and deliver impactful presentations 

• 3+ years of experience in data-related fields  

• Proven ability to ensure data reporting is high-quality, accurate, and consistent 

• Data stewardship, ensuring reporting is high-quality, accurate, and consistent  

• Work with cross-functional teams as required 

• Strong knowledge of Python 

• Proficiency in Visual Analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau 

• Strong experience in effective communication with clients and business stakeholders 

• Ability to deliver impactful presentations and convey key points from data analysis  

• Good knowledge of machine-learning instruments and algorithms (strong in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering) 

• Experience in implementing and delivering data science/data analytics solutions with measurable business impact 

• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
