Middleware Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of middleware developers and engineers.
• Design and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of middleware applications.
• Develop and maintain middleware architecture and standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes for middleware applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to middleware systems.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for middleware deployment, configuration, and management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their middleware requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage the middleware budget, including vendor contracts, licensing, and maintenance agreements.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards related to middleware systems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for middleware systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managing and supporting middleware technologies such as Boomi and Oracle SOA in Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS environments.
• Strong understanding of middleware architectures, including integration patterns, protocols, and security.
• Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing middleware systems in large-scale environments.
• Strong technical skills in Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, and Oracle SOA.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands.
• Experience in managing middleware budget and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of ODI is a plus.
