Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Mid/Senior Recruiter to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who has good experience in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across various positions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide timely feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English level, both written and verbal; Romanian language is not required.
- Experience in contract or temporary staffing is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in sourcing and assessing candidates effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
