Job Description

The Ruby on Rails Developer will actively contribute to core product development and participating in all stages of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails
• Proficiency in working with cloud-based services like AWS, GCP, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
• Passionate and quick to learn new technologies and concepts
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Python and Javascript.
• In-depth understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience in CI/CD 
• Proficiency in SQL 
• Expertise in ETL and Data Engineering
• Knowledge of Big Data, Machine Learning/AI, and Data Science concepts
• Experience in making architectural decisions
• Experience working with Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST, and API Gateways
• Expertise in web scraping
• Experience in automation testing
