Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will use your expertise to manage high-profile placements, build strong client relationships and drive business growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage your client relationships like a pro—from virtual
calls to phone calls and in-person meetings.
• Ensure everything aligns with the quality standards, national regulations, and client-specific requirements.
• Proactively generate new leads, develop new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Take responsibility for contract negotiations within our company standards.
• Analyze market trends within your sector to help the sales strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and sales.
• Relationship-oriented for creating and developing strong relationships with the candidates and clients
• Experience in Recruitment Agencies is a big plus
• Experience in Life Sciences is a plus
• experience in contracting recruitment is ideal
• Expertise in prioritizing tasks with good time management.
• Determined to achieve professional success and pursue goals.
• Outgoing, confident, and a strong communicator.
• Motivated by fast-paced environments.
