Job Responsibilities: • MIG welding on flat, vertical, and horizontal surfaces • Working with thin gauge steel (14–18 gauge) • Grinding and sanding metal parts • Reading and following templates and work instructions • Measuring accurately with a tape measure • Using hand and power tools safely and effectively • Assisting with custom-built metal doors, artwork, and structures • Supporting design and fabrication of various metal projects • Lifting materials up to 100 lbs • Keeping equipment maintained and workspace clean Requirements: • 1–3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience • Must Interview • Must pass a welding test • Able to read measurements and blueprints/templates • Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented • Must pass E-Verify, drug screen, and background check (case by case) Perks: • Competitive pay withovertime potential • No waiting week – get paid right away! • Full-time, long-term opportunity • Immediate opening – start ASAP!
