Description: Tradesmen Internationalis immediately hiring experiencedIndustrial / Manufacturing MIG Weldersfor projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to$22/hourbased on experience plus$100/Per Diemto Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. After 30 days, there will be a$2/hour increasebased on performance, attendance, and attitude. Job Scope: • MIG Welding I-Beam Frames and Fuel Tanks using GMAW (MIG / MAG) Methods in Flat, Vertical, and Overhead Positions; Material Thickness Ranges from 10 Gauge, up to 1/2 Inch • Clamping, Holding, Tack Welding, Grinding, or Bolting Component Parts into Place using Hoists, Cranes, Wire and Banding Machines, or Hand Tools • Inspect Equipment and Products for Defects or Malfunctions Requirements: • • Able to Pass Weld Test, Competency Test, Pre-Employment Physical, and and Drug Screen • Able to Read Blueprints and Measuring Tools • Able to Troubleshoot, Problem-Solve, and Communicate Effectively • Highly Motivated, Team-Oriented, and Detail Focused • Able to Pass Math Test involving Fractions • Full Welding PPE • Standard Tools of the TradeCompany Details: Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
