Migration Specialist

Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service migration projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions• Meet with clients to understand migration needs and confirm fulfillment of contract deliverables• Document migration processes, mapping, and summary reports• Perform source system data analysis to complete source to target data mapping• Perform other duties as directed by the functional manager• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on migration deliverables• Maintain strong customer relationships• Manage onshore and offshore resources when needed to meet project deliverables

Qualifications• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills• Excellent project management skills• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Attention to detail• Ability to work independently and manage one's time.• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and Remote Desktop Protocols (RDP)• SQL experience a plus
