Migrations Account Representative
Job Description
The Migrations Account Representative is responsible for assisting in driving 'inside' sales and growth of Tyler software products and services within the existing client base with a focus of Versatrans to Traversa migrations. The Migrations Account Representative will work with the existing Account Representative team as needed to increase the pipeline of migrations, "add-on" software and GPS hardware sales.
Responsibilities
- Initiate the Versatrans to Traversa migration process with the identified client base.• Identify and generate leads and schedule Account Representative migration "vetting calls" through warm calls to the client base.• Collaborate with the Account Representative team and Account Representative Supervisor to assure follow up and support to client leads is timely and thorough.• Coordinate with the Account Representative Supervisor for migration call setup and process.• Identify potential client issues and schedule follow up calls as needed with the respective Account Representative.• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual activity goals in accordance with business plan.• Develops knowledge of Tyler products and services to gain a thorough understanding of products and services as they relate to existing clients through a vetting call.• Contacts clients to determine needs and interest in purchasing additional products and services.• Conduct Migration Demos• Conduct User Groups as needed• Contact clients to determine if they are a potential reference as needed.• Explains capabilities, answers questions, and research issues in support of selling additional products and services.• Follows up on leads from internal employees to investigate client issues, questions, etc.• Travels to trade shows and/or client sites as needed.• Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.• Previous sales experience in the software industry a plus.• Must possess a competitive drive and results-oriented approach.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Previous public speaking experience a plus.• Must be a self-starter in addition to a team player.• Highly motivated with the ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment.• Must possess general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office products.• Must possess a valid driver's license.
