Job Details: • Shift:Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some Saturdays required) • Pay Rate:$25–$30/hour (Based on experience) Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring efficient production. • Proofread CNC programs and make necessary edits. • Perform finishing operations such as deburring, tapping, and honing. • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.). • Follow verbal and written instructions to support shop operations. • Assist in equipment maintenance and follow all safety procedures (e.g., Lock Out/Tag Out, Confined Space). • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. • Basic mechanical skills and general hand tool knowledge. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching overhead. • Stable work history. • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
