Job Overview: We’re looking for an experiencedMillwork Project Managerto oversee and coordinate custom millwork projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of millwork fabrication, installation, and project execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and knows how to lead a team to deliver quality work on schedule and on budget. Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple millwork projects simultaneously • Review architectural drawings and shop drawings for accuracy and feasibility • Coordinate between clients, designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers • Develop project schedules, material take-offs, and budgets • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards • Visit job sites to monitor progress and resolve field issues • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in project management within a millwork or fabrication setting • Strong knowledge of custom millwork, cabinetry, architectural details, and installation methods • Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction documents • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Experience with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, MS Project, etc.) • Bilingual (English/Russian or Ukrainian) a plus We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for growth and leadership • A supportive team environment where craftsmanship and collaboration are valued • To Apply:Send your resume and a brief intro [email protected] Join us and help build some of NYC’s most inspiring interior spaces.
