Mining Solutions Manager (Sales) - LATAM Region

This role is crucial for driving sales of First Modeās products and securing supply contracts for retrofit solutions and technology in high-tonnage mining trucks, focusing on Chile and LATAM markets. This is a Temporary role with the team, it is a fixed-term 6 month position with benefit eligibility.Ā
Position Responsibilities (Desempeño y Ejecución)
- The primary function involves leading the development and implementation of market strategies that promote First Modeās solutions and ensure the signing of supply contracts.
- The manager will also design customized solutions, applying specialized technical knowledge to meet performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
- Effective management of customer and strategic partner relationships is fundamental, positioning the manager as the primary advisor for complex technical solutions and facilitating the closing of commercial agreements.
Basic QualificationsĀ (Calificaciones)
- Advanced English Proficiency: Essential for the effective management of international contracts and effective communication in technical and commercial contexts.
- 5+ years' of experience in MARC Contracts and Closing Deals: Deep knowledge in negotiating and managing MARC contracts and proven skills in closing supply agreements, using this expertise to strengthen First Modeās value propositions.
- Leadership and Negotiation Skills: Ability to lead teams and business strategies, with a special focus on negotiating and closing mutually beneficial contracts, particularly for new product implementation pathways.
- Technical Specialization in Mining Haulage and Technology: Extensive (5+ years') experience in developing solutions and technology for the mining sector, emphasizing system adaptations to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
