MIS Reporting Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

As an MIS Reporting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of admission processes and outcomes. Your responsibilities will revolve around optimizing the admission procedures, enhancing the applicant experience, and contributing to the overall excellence of the admission process. The main responsibility involves spearheading the development of top-notch reporting and delivering tailored analyses to various stakeholders within the Global Admissions business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• The provision of timely and accurate BAU management and operational reports to the Admissions and Leadership teams. 

• Identifying opportunities to develop and automate existing reports through Advanced Excel, Power Query, MS Access, VBA & Macros, Salesforce, Reports Automation, Power Automate - Flow Automation and/or other similar software. 

• Identify opportunities to transition reporting capabilities from legacy Excel/Access to more scalable platforms (e.g. Cognos, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, etc.). 

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Admissions team to build new reporting capabilities as required to support the business.

• Document projects and processes to ensure project and development continuity.

• Support internal stakeholders with other ad hoc analyses and the development of data products.

ABOUT YOU

• A Bachelor's degree in any other business-related field. 

• Relevant courses in salesforce. Understanding of CRM and Database Software 

• Expertise in MIS reporting and data visualisation. 

• Keen interest in data, business workings, process and analytics 

• Strong analytical and reporting expertise. 

• Able to acquire business knowledge quickly and apply this to the day to day role.
