MIS System Analyst

*Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually*

• Analyze existing systems, understand business requirements, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Understand the structure, policies, and procedures of Amax to recommend solutions that enable the organization to run its daily operations more efficiently.
• Participate in user requirement sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and technical solutions.
• Develop and document user requirements, to-be process flows and work collaboratively with the development team to design a solution meeting the business requirements.
• Design solutions with maximum usability while minimizing complex code and customization.
• Collaborate with onsite and overseas development teams to make sure solutions meet the business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system functions and use.
• Provide ongoing system support, including responding to user issues, collaborating with the technical team to analyze and resolve reported system issues, and communicating the resolution of issues to the users.
• Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively use new or updated systems.
• Manage projects related to system development, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business information systems or similar professional field.
• Very familiar with business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, etc.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements definition.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies
• Experience gathering and analyzing user input and requirements.
• Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of all aspects of testing end-user products: Functional, Performance, Security, Usability, etc.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Work as part of a team and individually.
• Any software programming experience is a plus.
