• B.S., M.S., and/or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

Job Requirements

Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced system engineer/analyst with the ability to support Missile Defense System assessments in a team-focused environment on Redstone Arsenal. This position requires collaboration with personnel from two Torch-led organizations: Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (CTEC) and Sensors Collaborative Test and Evaluation Center (SCTEC). The position consists of performing algorithm testing, data generation, modeling and simulation, and analysis in support of Missile Defense Agency initiatives. Support includes evaluation of active/passive sensor performance, data fusion, multi-sensor tracking and target discrimination algorithms, system-level command and control algorithms, and missile defense battle management techniques.

A B.S., M.S, and/or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science plus 8-15 years of related experience is required. Desired experience includes computer modeling and simulation, data analysis planning and execution, algorithm evaluation, target tracking and trajectory estimation, analysis of optical and/or RF target signatures, and analysis of command and control systems.
