Mission Enablement Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated candidate to join our Mission Enablement team to support our fast growing Mission team.

What you’ll do

• Partner with our Mission Enablement team to build culture and maintain connectedness across the company
• Plan and execute corporate events, industry conferences and team offsites 
• Manage calendars, arrange travel and book critical meetings between internal teams and external clients
• Engage key personnel within the executive offices of our DoD clients
• Help grow and establish our Mission Enablement function 

What we’re looking for

• Adaptive and resilient mindset; proven track record of executing against vague or changing requirements 
• 2+ years of experience in corporate event and or conference planning 
• 2+ years of experience coordinating calendars across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with or experience in the military or veteran affairs 
• Passion for injecting hospitality into every interaction and engagement with internal and external partners 
• Creative approaches to solving problems
• Strong written and verbal communication

What we offer

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 + equity + 401K match. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, relevant education, and/or training.
