Basic Scope/Purpose: (The job's primary purpose or contribution to the department or organization.)

• Mixing urethane raw materials to produce specified formulas for molding processes

• Filling pots at Tigers to keep molding process running smoothly

• Maintaining and cleaning equipment used to produce mix formulas

• Completing preventive maintenance on mix and storage pots

Principal Accountabilities: (The job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)

• Preparing mixes needed for production through schedule of work orders in queue.

• Filling pots to keep production running smoothly.

• Changing pots as tools change for new jobs.

• Mixing and filling mold release.

• To perform maintenance on piston pots, gear pots and mix pots.

• Rebuilding and changing motors and pumps on all pots.

• Rebuilding and maintaining snuff back valves.

• Performing basic piston, gear, and mix pot troubleshooting.

• Recommending ways to improve productivity and reporting important business developments and problems to Team Lead/Supervisor/Manager.

• Other job duties as assigned.
