ML Engineer

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Core AI & Machine Learning team.

Responsibilities

• Developing data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing diverse datasets.
• Design and implement deep learning architectures for large volumes of data.
• Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate model performance.
• Contribute to optimizing and fine-tuning existing machine learning models.
• Build pipelines for monitoring, managing and constantly improving production ML/DL models.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s, master's, or PhD (complete) degree or equivalent from a top university, with 2-6 years of experience.
• Prior experience with training, building, and deploying large scale deep learning models is mandatory.
• Prior experience designing and implementing sequence and time series models is required.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and MLOps for automating model deployments.
• Skilled in using Linux, SQL, Git, and BASH scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Python and hands-on (Pytorch/Tensorflow).
