The Headlines:

In the role of Machine Learning "ML" Engineer Manager working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and developing production machine learning systems, implementing appropriate ML algorithms, and integrating ML solutions into data products. As Molson Coors continues its journey to be data driven, this role will play a key part in defining the technical approach to delivering AI and ML based solutions. This role is accountable to create data models, perform statistical analysis, train and retrain systems to optimize performance, and define infrastructure and processes to deploy the solution.

This position reports to Sr BI Mgr. - Data Engineering and works closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners across all functions of the organization to design and build the frameworks and tools that accelerate AI/ML product delivery. This role is a key contributor to the ongoing development of an enterprise data strategy working with IT Data leadership and Enterprise architecture to identify the tools and processes required for Molson Coors.

The Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems using appropriate algorithms and tools
  • Run machine learning tests and experiments to evaluate the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the systems
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other team members to integrate machine learning solutions into existing products and platforms
  • Develop reusable tools/assets to scale ML solution delivery and maintenance
  • Document and communicate the design, implementation, and results of the machine learning systems to various audiences

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or PhD focused on Machine Learning OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Machine Learning
  • You have at least 5-8 years experience in Machine Learning with at least 3+ years developing and deploying ML systems and tools to a production environment
  • You have expert level experience with Python and SQL
  • You have experience in data engineering best practices regarding data management, solution design, and SDLC
  • You have experience leading teams that are developing and implementing deep learning models
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
