ML Ops / Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1.Cloud Solutions Design and Implementation:
• Develop and implement robust cloud solutions for ML applications, including Gen AI, utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build ML Ops pipelines on both cloud and on-premise solutions.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Orchestration:
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow, or similar tools.
3. Data Pipeline Implementation:
• Construct efficient data pipelines for both streaming and batch data.
• Establish and maintain data lakes and feature stores.
4. Data Science Model Lifecycle Management:
• Review data science models and execute code refactoring, optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and continuous monitoring.
• Conduct testing, validation, and automation of data science models.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, and architects.
• Document and communicate processes effectively.
 

Required Qualifications:
• Cloud Expertise:
• Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud solutions (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in building MLOps pipelines; knowledge of on-premise solutions is a plus.
• MLOps Frameworks and Tools:
• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks such as Kubeflow, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Programming Skills:
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, Go, Ruby, or Bash.
• Solid understanding of Linux and knowledge of machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc.
• Software Development and Test Automation:
• Ability to comprehend tools used by data scientists.
• Experience with software development practices and test automation.
• Communication Skills:
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5+ years relevant experience
• Any associate-level Cloud Certification is a plus.
