Role: Sr. ML Engineer (Gen AI)

Experience in Years : 3-6

Work location: Mumbai/ Bangalore (Hybrid)

Summary: We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with Gen AI skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of machine learning engineering experience in product development. They will also have experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments. In addition, the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Gen AI models and techniques, as well as experience with fine-tuning of models for specific applications. The Work here involves a lot of RnD based application development on latest Gen AI movements.

Responsibilities:

● Should have experience with Deep Learning Concepts. Transformers, BERT, Attention models

● Work with product managers and data scientists to understand business needs and develop Gen AI solutions

● Build and maintain machine learning pipelines and frameworks for Gen AI

● Implement and manage MLOps principles and best practices for Gen AI models

● Troubleshoot and debug Gen AI models and systems

● Collaborate with other engineers to integrate Gen AI into products and services

● Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in Gen AI and machine learning

● Build robust, modular and scalable code

● Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and systems at scale, with a focus on real-world applications (Basic understanding and knowledge) Qualifications:

● 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of machine learning engineering experience in product development.

● Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments

● Deep expertise in Gen AI models and techniques, such as large language models, diffusion model

● Experience with fine-tuning of Gen AI models for specific applications

● Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other Gen AI applications

● Experience with machine learning pipelines and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, and Hugging Face Transformers

● Experience with API design and development best practices

● Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud (AWS, Azure)

● Strong programming skills in Python

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
