MLOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on developing and optimizing advanced Machine Learning models, implementing and managing ML pipelines, and ensuring the scalability and reliability of our AI solutions. The position requires a strong consulting approach, as you will be actively engaged in client-facing projects.

As an MLOps Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop cloud infrastructure required for developing and deploying AI-driven applications.

• Implement MLOps workflows for data preparation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Assist data science teams in operationalizing AI-driven solutions effectively.

• Develop and integrate data source connectors to feed Machine Learning pipelines.

• Contribute to improving Machine Learning models' reproducibility, auditing, and performance.

• Assist in translating business problems into Machine Learning problems and developing appropriate solutions.

• Work on Artificial Intelligence applications using various software engineering tools and technologies.

• Participate in the lifecycle of data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model development and deployment.

What you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in AI roles (MLOps, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Science, Data Engineering).

• Experience designing and implementing AI solutions using Python.

• High proficiency in English (at least C1 level) is necessary.

• Consulting experience with excellent communication and client management skills, including prior experience directly interacting with clients.

• Proven track record of delivering MLOps projects from initial stages to deployment in production environments.

• Experience in setting up CI/CD/CT pipelines for Machine Learning.

• Proven expertise in implementing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (with a preference for Azure and AWS).

• Hands on with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow or similar tools.

• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, DBT, and Kafka is a plus.
