What You'll Do

• Work with clients designing, developing, and supporting systems to automate business functions.
• Look at the bigger picture; understand how the technology will fit within the client’s ecosystem and consider how the technology will impact people and processes.

What You'll Bring

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer developing mobile apps (both iOS and Android) using native tools in each environment, Cross-platform/Native iOS and Android Application development.
• Boost team velocity by developing and implementing quality code in line with Acceptance Criteria and Definition Of Done.
• Web development experience which includes the programming/ development of web applications.
• Experience developing software in a cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
• Positive attitude and an ability to work well on an exciting project with client and Experient Group team members. 
• Can work autonomously, or at the direction of a technical architect, team lead, or embedded within a client team.
• Maintain clean “code hygiene” and adhering to coding standards (formatting and documenting code, code merges with other engineer’s code).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for learning and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Familiarity / experience with GIT.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with DevOps and Automated testing.
• Familiarity with the agile framework.
• Willingness to travel to client site occasionally; willingness to work in our Atlanta office 1 – 2 days a week.
• Experience developing solutions using other software languages (e.g. Python, Java).
• Experience using databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL) and No SQL databases such as Amazon Web Services Dynamo DB.
