Mobile Automation Tester with APPIUM & JMETER

Location: Des Moines, Iowa(Onsite Day 1)

Qualification :

Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)

Responsibility :

• Implement new automation framework to test Web & Windows based applications
• Implement Automation framework for Mobile app testing(IOS, Android)
• Responsible for providing the support and oversight the QES team to ensure that their automation scripts are developed efficiently
• This is a technical lead role requiring hands on design and development alongside the leadership responsibility
• Responsible for helping clients in defining and streamlining the QA process and automation tools for various healthcare applications and planforms
• Designs, develops and executes automation test scripts using Selenium / Winium /or Open Source tools
• Responsible for providing technical support in automation scripting of other team members, review automation scripts and make sure it is industry standards
• Maintains the existing test automation framework and suites of automated test cases
• Collaborates with the QA Manager to plan, implement and enforce the strategic road map for automated testing services
• Assists with the estimation, prioritization, planning and coordination of testing activities
• Mentors and cross-trains QA staff in the execution and support of specialized testing services
• Develops and applies testing processes for new and existing products
• Tracks quality assurance metrics
• Stays up-to-date on new testing tools and test strategies
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Skillset Requirements:

• Experience in InSprint automation (shift left testing) with Selenium (Java) and API automation.
• Experience with version control, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools in a DevOps environment
• Experience with Azure ADO or other project management, issue-tracking or bug-tracking tools
• Experience in Appium Mobile app testing tools and framework
• UI/API Middleware test automation
• Experience with using SQL for data checks and backend testing.
• JAVA SDET skills - Knowledge of major programming languages e.g., Java, JavaScript. Be able to understand, review at code level, find gaps against requirements
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively, written and orally, to colleagues across diverse teams and geographies.
• Ability to reason about performance, security, and process interactions in complex distributed systems
• Independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment in Agile / Scrum process
