The company is the leader in a growing-yet-underserved market. CINC Systems partners with approximately 16,000 of the estimated 350,000 HOAs in the U.S. CINC-served communities total nearly 2 million homes. About 25% of the American population lives in a community association and more than 60% of new housing built for sale is within associations.

Due to CINC's continued growth and innovation, the company is seeking to add an experienced full stack Mobile and .Net developer to the team. This position will be part of an agile development team that is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting mission critical enterprise Mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, code, unit test, release, and support).
• Produce fully functional mobile applications by meeting business requirements, designing well, and writing clean code.
• Analyze specific business requirements and suggest solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance.
• Design UI interfaces to improve user experience.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards and on-time work delivery.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends.

Requirements

Technical Skills and Experiences Required:

• Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
• Proven in-depth skills in Xamarin, React, or other mobile UI Framework/platform, C#, Web APIs, JavaScript/CSS and latest Microsoft technologies for software development.
• Proven experience and knowledge in developing Restful APIs and implementing MVC/MVVM patterns.
• Technical knowledge and experience in OOA/OOD/OOP
• Experience in designing and implementing service-oriented applications.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS development
• Strong technical knowledge and working experience with Relational Databases (e.g., MS SQL Server).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and in continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Experience with Testing Driven Development process (TDD).
• Proficient with the Atlassian Tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Bitbucket (GIT).
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Ability to be open to learn, to give and take feedback, to put team and business above own interest, to excel in team success and to strive for excellence.
• Must be action and quality oriented, capable of multitasking well based on priorities.
• Strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• 8+ years of .Net development experience.
• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• 4+ experience with relational database and SQL. Must be well-versed in data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
