Role Snapshot
This position is located on-site in Madison, WI - WPS Ray Koenig Building - 1765 West Broadway, Madison, WIProvide experienced mobile device support (cell, tablet, and laptop) to all corporate clients. Identify and resolve problems, delivering technical assistance and direction to appropriate IS staff and clients as required. Install, manage, and maintain core images and software for client use within WPS. Perform ongoing capacity analysis and tuning to meet performance and security objectives.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years in Information Systems performing system administration.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS desktop/laptop computer systems, hardware, and software.
- MDM (Mobile Device Management) experience.
- Specialized coursework and/or vendor training courses in assigned operating system specialty.
Salary Range
60,000 ~ $75,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside the posted range.
