Mobile Engineer, React Native

How you'll make an impact
We are seeking a talented React Native Mobile Engineer (Front End) to join us and work on cutting edge mobile projects and strategies aimed to improve individuals mental health in a profound way. You will be integral to our innovation efforts, creating meaningful, inspiring experiences for our customers. You will use a collaborative, client-focused approach to build apps and solve complex problems, with a goal of creating user-centric designs.
What You'll Do:

• Be a key contributor working to plan and develop new features
• Work with our internal teams to define mobile platform strategy
• Convert tasks into functional and pleasing UI (with great UX)
• Work with Redux architecture to improve performance of the websites/mobile apps
• Ship production ready React Native apps
• Develop and maintain apps in React Native

Required Experience

• 3+ years software engineering experience
• Proficiency with React Native, React; A strong understanding of React principles and best practices, with an eye for optimization
• Experience with Android native applications (Kotlin/Java)
• Redux or similar state management tools for React
• Developed, shipped and maintained at least one production React/Redux application professionally
• Experience managing larger, multi-repo codebases
• Comprehensive understanding and use of javascript/es6
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on large, complex web and mobile apps
• Ability to solve issues and contribute to libraries as and when needed
• SaaS product company experience
• Computer Science, Engineering Degree or similar

Our Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $100,000- $123,000. This role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan. Actual compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
