This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead global mobile marketing strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. You will design and execute data-driven mobile lifecycle programs that enhance customer journeys across multiple regions and platforms. You will also play a key role in app store optimization, campaign experimentation, and performance tracking across global markets. Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of global mobile marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design and manage mobile lifecycle programs to improve activation, expansion, retention, and re-subscription performance.
- Oversee campaign execution using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Airship, or Leanplum.
- Manage mobile attribution and measurement through platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Analyze campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools, Excel, or Google Sheets to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
- Drive app store optimization strategies to improve visibility, downloads, and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with mobile privacy frameworks including GDPR, ATT, and SKAdNetwork.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Finance to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Launch and scale new mobile channels and programs across multiple regions and languages.
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve campaigns using experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
- 10+ years of experience in mobile marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital growth roles.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio).
- Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Proven experience using CRM and engagement platforms like Braze, Airship, or Leanplum.
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis.
- Deep understanding of mobile privacy regulations (GDPR, ATT, SKAdNetwork) and compliance requirements.
- Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Experience launching and scaling mobile marketing programs across global markets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
